On Saturday, September 28, 2024, our BMO Ride for Cancer community will come together with one common goal: to transform local cancer care at the QEII Health Sciences Centre. Atlantic Canada’s largest cycling fundraising event includes veteran cyclists and recreational and rookie riders who ride their choice of eight different distance options via the Rum Runners Trail or Highway 3 along the picturesque South Shore of Nova Scotia. Click here for route options.
Since 2015, our BMO Ride community has raised $10.2 million net (and counting!) to help build a centre of excellence in cancer care at the QEII. This includes funding cancer-fighting technology, equipment and spaces that impact the care and treatment journeys of nearly every patient who receives cancer care at the QEII. The QEII Foundation proudly hosts BMO Ride for Cancer and all funds raised here, stay here – advancing care for QEII cancer patients and their families.
